The best word to describe Dispense Solutions is innovation. Our engineers have been involved in metering and dispensing systems since 1986. Prior to developing our revolutionary line of dispensing systems, we studied existing dispensing systems in the market. We felt that valves should be easy to disassemble and reassemble for easy cleaning. Software needed to be brought up to today's standards and operating systems…software needed to be intuitive, easier to use, and understand. Plus, the overall size of the dispenser needed to be streamlined reducing the overall footprint allowing the dispenser to fit into tighter spaces.

To address these issues our team of software engineers developed state-of–the art dispensing software, Ultimizer®, written for Windows 7. Ultimizer® is intuitive and comprehensive. The concept of pop-up windows is used through out the software so that software functions remain free of clutter, allowing you to work with only those items that are necessary.
Next Dispense Solutions' engineers developed a valve which can be disassembled and reassembled in under 15 minutes. This makes cleaning simple, quick, and easy.
All systems are modular, which means they are easily upgradeable, are easier to configure for work flow requirements and the space requirement is minimized.
In response to customer needs for a wireless barcode scanner to scan inventory when it is received and rework in remote locations, Dispense Solutions developed the preprogrammed, 'Smart Scanner'. Available for both water based fluids and as an intrinsically safe model for solvent based environments, our wireless, 'Smart Scanners' allow you to scan incoming inventory, rework inventory at any location within your plant. After scanning, simply dock and download data directly into the corresponding database.
