Written to use the highly functional Microsoft .NET platform with seamless integration to a powerful MySQL database, allows gigabytes of information to transfer flawlessly for rapid and accurate dispenses every time. Tooltips explain important functions throughout the software.

- Intuitive, modern user-interface – Colorful and descriptive buttons and controls quickly get you around the software. Optional modules are completely hidden when turned off rather than cluttering up the interface with features that you don’t use. Ultimizer® has the ability to be as simple or complex as you need it to be.
- Powerful formula manipulation – Group formulas into sets and perform easy mass-manipulations of all the formulas contained therein. Swap and adjust components to whole groups of formulas at once. Search formula lists by formula code, name, or even by its components.
- Rework module to re-blend your leftovers - Ultimizer® automatically figures out what in your inventory is compatible with the color you’re trying to dispense. Rework several compatible inks in a single dispense if desired to turn that leftover inventory into saved dollars.
- Security any way you want – Whether totally open all the time, starting up in operator level with higher functions locked behind administration accounts, or having every user assigned user names, passwords, and rights; Ultimizer® allows you to configure your operation any way you want.
- Rapid report generation - Unlimited standard and customized reports detailing usage, inventory, rework, and costs using the industry standard Crystal Reports system.
- Automatic backup routine – Just point it to the local hard drive, an external USB drive or even a network location for peace of mind that your data is safe and backed up daily.
- Recirculate fluids when the system is not in use to keep your system running smoothly and your components well mixed. Choose to recirculate as many pumps at once as you desire. Each component can be individually set with their own recirculation times and intervals.
- MySQL database for powerful data storage – Get the power of a real, managed, widely supported database system; not a glorified data file in some unrecoverable proprietary format isolated to a machine. Install your backend database anywhere. Leave it on the dispense machine or move it to an enterprise network server. An open, widely supported database also allows you to integrate its data into your enterprise operation.
- Inventory management tools – Track all your incoming material and rework returning from dispense jobs. Handle your components on a container-by-container basis or as coming from a common pool.
- Interface with industry standard color-formulation systems used with spectrophotometers - Just scan a color, formulate, and push the formula to Ultimizer® for dispensing.
- Production scheduling – Schedule jobs ahead of time and have your operators pick them off the jobs list. Turn on the inventory tracking modules and Ultimizer® will preemptively inform you if you have enough material on-hand to run planned production.
- VOC, component batch, and dilution strength tracking – Track VOC percentages for every dispense, get detailed reports of which jobs every specific batch of incoming material gets blended into and track the dilution strength factor of returning rework so you know how much to thin it after it gets reblended.
- Multilingual (English and Spanish are standard) - Ultimizer® speaks the language of the operator. Language selection can be set to change depending on who is logged in.
- Remote supervisor ability - Ultimizer® Supervisor version can be installed on any PC on your network to allow you to work with formulas, inventory, view and print reports in the quiet comfort of your office and not the shop floor.
